Tussen Hshouma & Sabr is een podcastserie van Samira El Kandoussi (Transformer), ontwikkeld in samenwerking met het Samenwerkingsverband Marokkaanse Nederlanders (SMN). De podcast creëert ruimte voor open en eerlijke gesprekken over onderwerpen die binnen de Marokkaans-Nederlandse gemeenschap vaak onbesproken blijven.
Met de titel Tussen Hshouma & Sabr, tussen schaamte en geduld, onderzoekt de podcast hoe stilte kan worden doorbroken en hoe persoonlijke verhalen kunnen bijdragen aan collectieve groei, verbinding en emancipatie.

Development

Seasons
Two seasons of taboo-breaking dialogue, plus the Verschilmakers extension.
Season 1
Season 1 richt zich op persoonlijke verhalen van veerkracht, herstel en empowerment. Thema's als huiselijk geweld, maagdelijkheid, identiteit, opvoeding en maatschappelijke druk worden bespreekbaar gemaakt door ervaringsdeskundigen en professionals. De serie laat zien hoe taboes doorbroken kunnen worden door dialoog en herkenning.
Season 2
Season 2 bouwt hierop voort met nieuwe gesprekken over opvoeding, emoties, mentale gezondheid, maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en de positie van vrouwen en gezinnen binnen de samenleving. De podcast biedt een platform voor inspirerende stemmen die bijdragen aan meer begrip, verbinding en sociale verandering.
Verschilmakers
Verschilmakers brengt verhalen van mensen die zich inzetten voor positieve verandering. In gesprekken met onder andere Jamila Choukoud, Houda Hamel en Anis Jadib gaat het over emancipatie, opvoeding, veiligheid, veerkracht, identiteit, geloof, ondernemerschap en de kracht van je stem in een tijd van polarisatie.
